Mandalay Bay is packed to the rafters with restaurants! Possibly the biggest selection on the strip. You may never need to leave. I really recommend Burger Bar for gourmet burgers, it certainly is one of the best burger restaurants in town (hence the queues!) Aureole is a beautiful restaurant, even just for a drink at the bar underneath the wine tower. Border Grill is a very well reviewed upscale Mexican restaurant and is situated nicely near the Mandalay pool. The 24 hour café isn’t just a café it is a trendy diner, with a nice atmosphere. There is also a whole list of celebrity chefs with (pricey) restaurants here such as Wolfgang Puck and Alain
Ducasse. The buffet room overlooks the pool, and there are some cheaper bite options available at The Noodle shop and Raffles café. Oh, and not forgetting the only Russian restaurant on the Strip (that I know of) Red Square. If I sound impressed it is because I am.. every time I visit MB they are improving their restaurant selection. Top marks from me!
