Golden Nugget:

The most upscale of the Fremont Street restaurants are at the Golden Nugget and tend to be priced to match, with many of the restaurants being more akin to strip prices rather than downtown. But, the restaurants can hold their own. The buffet is the most expensive downtown, I was impressed by the buffet breakfast I had.  Their restaurants are nicely themed, and the Italian has great views of the outside pool and sharktank.

I cant remember how many times I have eaten in the buffet, but it has been many and it is always good (tip – try the huevos rancheros at breakfast). The steakhouse is pricey, but has lovely views out over the pool. The Italian restaurant is always packed with locals, so must be good. The 24 hour café has some great specials on, especially late at night. A branch of Lucille’s BBQ has recently opened, I haven’t eaten at this branch, but I have another, and the food is fantastic.
