Car Hire is a great way to get around Las Vegas if you are intending to visit off strip attractions such as Red Rock Canyon or Lake Mead, if you are going on an extended road trip, or if you want to visit a lot of different casinos (and aren’t bothered about drinking!)
You can book cars direct with the car hire company, or with car hire brokers such as Holiday Autos, shop around a bit for price as they can differ company to company and broker to broker.
Cars are available to hire at the airport or in many casino hotels (lists below), if you are going on a road trip you can pick up your car at the airport and drop it off at a hotel or vice versa often with no extra charge. If you are finishing your road trip to fly home somewhere other than Vegas (such as LA or San Francisco), you may be able to drop off your car at one of those cities instead for no extra charge due to the reciprocal arrangements between the States of Nevada, California and Arizona, but do double check this before you confirm your plans.

The car rental facility is located a free shuttle bus ride away from the terminal. All the rental car desks are in the same place apart from Fox which involves a second shuttle bus ride from the rental car facility.
