The Cosmopolitan has put a lot of thought into it’s restaurants. Both the range and the style of the interiors are really exceptional. Vegas’ (possibly the World’s) only Chinese/Mexican restaurant is here – China Poblano – and it is very well regarded. The coolest 24 hour café on the strip The Henry is also at Cosmo. The buffet is consistently very good. If you are in the market for a gourmet burger you could do a lot worse than Holsteins, which is always packed for a reason.
