I include this as a gaming property as the lobby leads straight out onto the casino floor – there is no escaping in Vegas !
This hotel was once called THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay. The tower is now run by the chic Morgan Hotel Group, who are most famous for their Miami Beach hotels, including one also called Delano. They have three hotels in London, The Sanderson, St Martins Lane and The Mondrian.
The rooms here are much bigger than it’s sister hotel Mandalay Bay, so if you want to stay at Mandalay Bay it’s worth considering this hotel, especially if you can get comparable rates.
Delano has both a private pool area and guests are allowed access to pool facilities at Mandalay Bay and also has its own spa. It also has a couple of bars and an upscale Café in the lobby which I’ve always found to be very good.
‘Skyfall Lounge’ bar (Previously Mix bar) on the top floor has fantastic views.
