Rio is perhaps most famous for being the current home of the World Series of Poker, It’s also the resident hotel for Pen & Teller’s brilliant magic show – I can definitely recommend this.
Tucked away just off the Strip (it’s a short taxi ride away, it’s not walkable), Rio is an ‘all-suite’ Total Rewards casino. It has a popular buffet and many more great restaurants.
Rio is a good base to explore Vegas if you aren’t fussed about being on the Strip or Downtown. Make sure you have a good look at the room options before booking as some have been recently renovated whilst others are a little tired.
